All orders placed by 3:00 PM will ship, be prepared or delivered the same business day, where as orders placed after 3:00 PM (OR on Sundays) will be processed by the next business day.

All Hair Shipping?

Takes up to 2-3 business days to arrive after purchase. Your tracking number is sent within 24 hours of receiving payment. If no payment is sent then, your order will not be processed. 

How is my order processed?

All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, after normal business hours or Holidays will be processed on the next business day. Longer delays may apply depending on volume and time of year.

After my order is submitted, can I make changes to it or cancel it?

We will attempt to make the change to your order within the same day your order is made. Depending on our volume and time of year, we may not be able to make any changes. If you made an error or you want to cancel your order after it has been processed and shipped, we’re sorry, but we will not be able to cancel the order or issue a refund. We can only ship to the address entered in checkout. If your address is incorrect, please email us immediately after payment. 

How do I know if my hair order has been shipped?

Once you have confirmed payment your order will be shipped using USPS mail the same day with  tracking confirmation. The majority of our hair orders are received within 2-3 business days after the order has been placed and fully paid. 

Will I Get A Tracking Number ?

You will receive a e-mail that contain shipment details which includes your tracking number, please click the "track" tab on our website and input your tracking number provided in the email at least 24 hours after you have received it. Shipping emails are sent to the email address you entered at checkout when placing your order. Please be sure to enter the correct email address at checkout. Sometimes tracking does not update right away. This does not mean your order has not shipped. It simply means the post office has not scanned the package. Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to update after you received the tracking number.

Once payment has been received we need 3-5 business days to process your order for shipping. All items has the avaiable time frame in description. Once your order has ship we will update you via email with your trackinh number. Please check your mailbox frequently for updates. Shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped its expected to arrive within 2-5 business days.  We will deliver your merchandise to address on file or you can pick it up.
