Takes up to 2-3 business days to arrive after purchase. Your tracking number is sent within 24 hours of receiving payment. If no payment is sent then, your order will not be processed.
How is my order processed?
All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, after normal business hours or Holidays will be processed on the next business day. Longer delays may apply depending on volume and time of year.

What payment options do you accept?
We accept payments via Credit Card and PayPal in US Dollars only. PayPal allows customers to pay using their credit and debit cards, PayPal account balances, and bank accounts securely without sharing your personal information. You do not need a Paypal account to place an order. Please be sure your billing and shipping address match your card in PayPal to avoid delays. In addition, we also accept cashapp which allow the same bank linking services however, you will have to signup using this method. It is free to create an account and it also give you $5 credit upon opening.**Please note PayPal** will not-allow us to ship your order until they verify your payment has cleared.
International Orders
We ship Internationally/Worldwide. We also ship to P.O/AFO/FPO (Military) addresses. Please be aware some international countries do not scan the package once it arrives in your country. If more than 4 business days pass, please contact your local post office or customs as the package may be held there for pickup. After my order is submitted, can I make changes to it or cancel it?
We will attempt to make the change to your order within the same day your order is made. Depending on our volume and time of year, we may not be able to make any changes. If you made an error or you want to cancel your order after it has been processed and shipped, we’re sorry, but we will not be able to cancel the order or issue a refund. We can only ship to the address entered in checkout. If your address is incorrect, please email us immediately after payment.
How do I know if my hair order has been shipped?
Once you have confirmed payment your order will be shipped using USPS mail the same day with tracking confirmation. The majority of our hair orders are received within 2-3 business days after the order has been placed and fully paid.
Will I Get A Tracking Number ?
You will receive a e-mail that contain shipment details which includes your tracking number, please click the "track" tab on our website and input your tracking number provided in the email at least 24 hours after you have received it. Shipping emails are sent to the email address you entered at checkout when placing your order. Please be sure to enter the correct email address at checkout. Sometimes tracking does not update right away. This does not mean your order has not shipped. It simply means the post office has not scanned the package. Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to update after you received the tracking number.
