Yahontas Beauty Salon proudly ships worldwide, including to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO (military) addresses.
Please note that in some countries, tracking may not update once the package arrives at its destination. If more than 4 business days have passed since the expected delivery date, we recommend contacting your local post office or customs office, as your package may be held for pickup.

After my order is submitted, can I make changes to it or cancel it?
We will do our best to accommodate order changes on the same day the order is placed. However, depending on order volume and the time of year, we may not be able to make any changes once processing has begun.
If you made an error or wish to cancel your order after it has been processed and shipped, we’re sorry — we cannot cancel the order or issue a refund at that stage.

We can only ship to the address entered at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please email us immediately after payment so we can attempt to correct it before your order is processed.
How do I know if my hair order has been shipped?
Once your payment has been confirmed, your order will be shipped the same day via USPS mail with tracking confirmation.
Most hair orders are delivered within 2–3 business days after the order has been placed, paid and shipped.
Will I Get A Tracking Number ?
You will receive an email containing your shipment details, including your tracking number.
🔄 Note: Sometimes tracking information does not update right away. This does not mean your order hasn’t shipped — it simply means the postal carrier has not yet scanned the package.
